Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 11, 2024, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings announced that its Board of Directors has declared a
cash dividend in the amount of $0.72 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 12, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
