Other Events.

On July 10, 2015, Meritor, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has purchased the majority of the assets at the Sypris Solutions, Inc. facility in Morganton, North Carolina. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
