On April 3, 2020, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that senior management will be conducting virtual meetings with institutional investors on April 7, 2020, as part of the Mizuho Inaugural Healthcare REIT Conference. The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
