Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 17, 2020, Churchill Downs Incorporated (the “Company”) announced the rescheduling of the 146th Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby. The 146th Kentucky Derby will be rescheduled from May 2, 2020 to September 5, 2020 and the 146th Kentucky Oaks will be rescheduled from May 1, 2020 to September 4, 2020.

A copy of the press release announcing the rescheduling of the 146th Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
