On April 30, 2020, Hexion Inc. announced to its employees that its CEO, Craig Rogerson, will remain on medical leave. After taking leave on March 30, 2020 due to a condition consistent with COVID-19, tests confirmed that Mr. Rogerson contracted the COVID-19 virus. After treatment, subsequent tests have returned negative, but Mr. Rogerson remains under medical care as he recovers. Mr. George Knight will continue as acting CEO during Mr. Rogerson’s medical leave.
