Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 27, 2015, Intersections Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2014 and posted a reconciliation of certain non-GAAP measures on its website (www.intersections.com). Intersections also posted an Earnings Review and Business Update on March 30, 2015 on its website. The text of the press release, the update and the reconciliation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
