On June 30, 2015, the Registrant announced that the US Army awarded its wholly owned subsidiary, AMTEC Corporation, two contracts to develop the next generation of 40mm training ammunition.

 

A press release describing the awards is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
