Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 25, 2019, the sole member of Noble Midstream GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Noble Midstream Partners LP (the “Partnership”), appointed Thomas W. Christensen as Chief Financial Officer of the General Partner. Mr. Christensen was appointed interim Chief Financial Officer in July 2019 and has held the position of Chief Accounting Officer since August 2016. Mr. Christensen’s responsibilities will include leadership of the Partnership’s Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Business Development teams. Mr. Christensen will continue to serve as Principal Accounting Officer of the General Partner.
