ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD
On January 2, 2024, Envista Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a consulting agreement (the “Consulting Agreement”) with Barbara Hulit, a director of the
Company, pursuant to which Ms. Hulit will provide certain management, operational and technical consulting services to support the objectives of the Company, for a term of 180 days unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the Consulting Agreement. On March 26, 2024, Ms. Hulit provided notice to the Company to terminate the Consulting Agreement as of April 30, 2024.

Report on Form 8-K.
