On February 27, 2024, National Vision Holdings, Inc. (“National Vision”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter and full fiscal year ended December 30, 2023.

A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
