Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 29, 2015, SolarCity Corporation released its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 by posting its Third Quarter 2015 Shareholder Letter on its investor relations website. The full text of the shareholder letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
