On April 28, 2021, Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (“MAA”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated results of operations and financial condition as of March 31, 2021 and for the three months then ended. Copies of the press release and supplemental data schedules are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report.
