On December 4, 2019, At Home Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the Company’s financial results for the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended October 26, 2019.
