On June 12, 2015, Edward
Rizzuti informed Erickson Incorporated (the “Company”) that he will resign from his positions as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective June 26, 2015. Mr. Rizzuti plans to pursue another professional opportunity, and his departure is not related to any disagreement or dispute with the Company.
