On March 1, 2016, Mr. William N. Scheffel, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer, retired from the Company. As previously reported on August 12, 2015, Mr. Jeffrey A. Schwaneke has been designated as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer upon Mr. Scheffel’s retirement.
