Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 10, 2016, Kandi Technologies Group, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016, and the outlook for the second quarter and full fiscal year of 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
