English translation of the summary of the letter dated December 23,2019, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires
and the Comisión Nacional de
Valores.
By
letter dated December 23, 2019, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones
Sociedad Anónima ("IRSA" or the "Company"), in relation to the
investment of IDB Development Corporation Ltd. ("IDBD") in Clal
Insurance Enterprise Holdings Ltd. ("Clal"), announced that on
December 18, IDBD sold 617,017 shares of Clal at a price of
NIS/share 53.77, representative of 0.9% of the share
capital.
As a result of
these transactions, IDBD’s stake in Clal decreased to 8.5% of
its share capital and the company owns an additional 8.2% through
swaps transactions.
