| (1) | On December 8, 2014, the Reporting Person acquired 32,100 shares of the Issuer's common stock. On June 20, 2016, the Issuer effected a five for one (5:1) forward stock split. Accordingly, pursuant to that split, the Reporting Person acquired an additional 128,400 shares of the Issuer's common stock. |
