On January 15, 2020, Evolent Health, Inc. (the “Company”) posted investor presentation materials that the Company will be presenting and discussing with analysts and investors at the 38th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference commencing on January 15, 2020 in San Francisco on the investor relations section of the Company’s website.
