R1 RCM Inc. (the "Company") has prepared an updated investor presentation (the "investor presentation") to reflect, among other updates, the signing of a new end-to-end customer as reflected on slide 20 of the investor presentation. A copy of the investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
