Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 4, 2024, Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (the "Company") received $15.0 million in cash from Nan,
Inc., fully paying off the promissory note related to the sale of the Company's interests in Grace Pacific LLC, a materials and construction company, and AB Maui Quarries, LLC, owner of quarry land on Maui, which closed on November 15, 2023.
