Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
Effective November 21, 2022, upon filing of this Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Neerav Sangani resigned as Board member of the Board of Directors, and from all other positions held with Verus International, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, regardless of whether he served in such capacity. Mr. Sangani’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, practices, the Company’s management, the Company’s Board, or otherwise.
