Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On August 26, 2020,  Success Entertainment Group International, Inc. (OTCQB: SEGN), a/k/a Renavotio, Inc. (“RI”) (the “Company”), appointed Mr. John Park, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, as hereby authorized, with full authority to act in the name and behalf of the Company, to execute all other documents necessary to facilitate the actions of the Company as described herein including but not limited Transfer Agent and any banding or financial institution.

 

Upon his appointment, Mr. Park replaced Mr. Steve Andrew Chen who tendered his immediate resignation as temporary Chief Financial Officer of the Company August 26, 2020
