Item 8.01Other Events.
On November 19, 2020, the Company announced the declaration of a special cash dividend of $2.00 per common share, in addition to its quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share. The special and quarterly dividends will be paid on December 16, 2020 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2020. The Company also announced that it has entered into a new $35.0 million term loan with its existing lender (the “Term Loan”). The special cash dividend will be funded through available cash and borrowings under the Company’s
Term Loan.
