Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Kevin Kersting, Chief Operating Officer of Enservco Corporation (the “Company”), resigned from the Company, effective February 14, 2020. The Company has allocated the Chief Operating Officer responsibilities amongst its existing staff. Mr. Kersting's decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board of Directors, or management, or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
