Section 2 – Financial Information

Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 29, 2024, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's fourth quarter and full year results for 2023.

The information under this Item 2.02 shall not be deemed to be "filed" for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be incorporated by reference into a filing under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of Escalade approved a quarterly dividend of fifteen cents $0.15 per share that will be paid to all shareholders of record on April 15, 2024 and disbursed on April 22, 2024.
