On August 19, 2020 the Reporting person was awarded 500,000 shares of restricted common stock by the Board of Directors in recognition of his past and continued services. Such restricted shares vest at a rate of 62,500 shares at the end of each calendar quarter through June 30, 2020 contingent upon the Reporting Person's continued service to the Company at such points in time.
