Item 2.02			Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 22, 2021, Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE: HTA) (“HTA”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. HTA also commenced distributing its Supplemental Information for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. The press release and Supplemental Information are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
