(b) On
August 1, 2020, Norman D. Chirite, notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as a director of the Company and as a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board, effective upon receipt of the notice. Mr. Chirite’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
