Effective April 1, 2005 our board of directors appointed Shane Whittle as our President, Secretary, Treasurer and as a Principal Executive Officer.
Item 6. Resignations of Registrant's Directors.
Effective April 1, 2005, our Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Ernest Peters as our Treasurer and as a Principal Executive Officer. Additionally, Mr. Peters has resigned from our board of directors. Mr. Peters' departure is based solely upon personal reasons and is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with us.
