Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 20, 2020, the Company received a written notification from the Nasdaq Stock Market Listing Qualifications Staff, indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price (“Bid Price”) requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Select Market pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) based on the Company’s Bid Price being $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days from July 6 to July 17, 2020.
