Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2019, CoreCivic, Inc. held an earnings conference call to discuss its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
