Katharine Fredriksen, President, departed CONSOL Energy Inc., formerly known as CONSOL Mining Corporation (the “Company”) effective December 4, 2017. James A. Brock, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, is assuming the additional role of President. Biographical information for Mr. Brock can be found under the heading “Management – Executive Officers Following the Distribution” in the Company’s Information Statement dated November 3, 2017, which was filed as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 4, 2017, and is hereby incorporated by reference.
