Other Events

On September 17, 2018, JPMorgan Chase & Co. issued a press release announcing that it has launched an offering of fixed-rate Non-Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series DD which will be represented by depositary shares, and that it intends to redeem a portion of the 600,000 outstanding shares of its Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series I on October 30, 2018.
