Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 7, 2020, Meridian Bioscience, Inc. (“Meridian” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the first fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference herein.
