On February 20, 2020, BJ’s Restaurants, Inc., a California corporation (the “Registrant” or the "Company"), announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. The press release issued by the Registrant in connection with the announcement is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. The information in this Form 8-K and Exhibits attached hereto are being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
On February 20, 2020, the Company announced that the Board of Directors had declared a dividend of $0.13 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 24, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2020.
