Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
In addition, on February
21, 2014, the Company issued a press release announcing that its business operations had been reorganized into two operating segments – Data & Analytics (D&A) and Technology and Processing Solutions (TPS) and that it intended to pursue the divestiture of its Asset Management and Processing Solutions (AMPS) segment.
