On
December 17, 2007, Jimmy Cheung resigned from the Board of Directors and from
his position on the Board’s Audit Committee and Compensation Committee due to
his other business obligations. The Registrant accepted Mr. Cheung’s resignation
by unanimous written consent by the Board of Directors.
