Effective
June 30, 2015, S. Mark Nicholls resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Mannatech, Incorporated (the “
Company”) for personal reasons.
Mr. Johnson, age 45, has been employed with
the Company for 2 ½ years. Mr. Johnson has served as
the Company’s Controller since July 2013. Prior to joining
the Company, Mr. Johnson served as Accounting Manager at Safety-Kleen from 2012 to 2013, Controller at Copart from 2011 to 2012, and Assistant Controller at Dynamex from 2010 to 2011. In each role, he was responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis.
