On April 27, 2021 Essex Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and supplemental information announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release and supplemental information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
