On May 8, 2018, Farmer Bros. Co., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for its third quarter ended March 31, 2018. A copy of the earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
