Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 7, 2016, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Columbus, Ohio-based card services business, a premier provider of branded private label, co-brand, and business credit programs, and Bed Bath & Beyond Inc., a retailer selling a wide assortment of domestic merchandise and home furnishings, have signed a new long-term agreement to develop a co-brand credit card program. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
