Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 29, 2014, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Retail Services business, which manages more than 130 private label and co-brand credit programs, has signed a new long-term agreement to provide co-brand credit card services for BJ's Wholesale Club. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
