On December 3, 2009, the public deed of the merger between Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte, S.A. and Grupo Ferrovial, S.A. was registered with the Mercantile Registry of Madrid. As from the registration of the merger with the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Grupo Ferrovial, S.A. was merged into Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte, S.A., with the latter company surviving the merger and changing its name to “Ferrovial, S.A.”
