Second Quarter 2024 Outlook Based on our current business outlook and exchange rate assumptions, management projects overall performance for the second quarter of 2024 to be as follows: n In NT dollar terms, our ATM 2nd quarter 2024 revenues should grow by mid single digits quarter over quarter; n Our ATM 2nd quarter gross margin should be slightly above 1st quarter 2024 levels; n In NT dollar terms, our EMS 2nd quarter 2024 revenues should be similar with the 1st quarter 2024; n Our EMS 2nd quarter 2024 operating margin should be slightly below 1st quarter 2024 levels. 12
