On December 3, 2003, United States Cellular Corporation announced that it has priced a public offering of $444 million of 6.70% Senior Notes due 2033. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed for the purpose of filing the news release issued by United States Cellular Corporation on December 3, 2003 relating to such announcement as an exhibit.
