This registration statement relates to the registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) of shares of common stock, par value $0.001 (the “Common Stock”) of Modular Medical, Inc. (the “Registrant”). The description of the Common Stock being registered pursuant to this Form 8-A that is set forth under the heading “Description of Capital Stock” in the prospectus contained in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-260682), as initially filed with the Commission on November 2, 2021, and as may be subsequently amended (the “Registration Statement”), is incorporated by reference into this Form 8-A.
