On
March 13, 2022, Amar Hanspal, a member of our Board of Directors and of the Board’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, notified us that he was resigning from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Hanspal did not advise us of any disagreement with our company on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
