The Form 10-K of National Wine & Spirits, Inc. ("NWS") for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2003 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period due to technical difficulties with the EDGAR system not within the control of NWS. NWS expects to file the Form 10-K on July 1, 2003.
