This Amendment No. 1 to Schedule 13G (this "Amendment No. 1") is being
filed with respect to the Common Stock of Global BPO Services Corp., a          
corporation formed under the laws of the State of Delaware (the "Company"), to  
amend the Schedule 13G filed on October 29, 2007 (the "Schedule 13G").          
Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined have the meanings       
ascribed thereto in the Schedule 13G.                                           

Item 4:   Ownership:

Item 4 is hereby amended and restated as follows:                               

    The Reporting Persons have acquired Units issued by the Company, each Unit
consisting of one share of Common Stock and one warrant ("Warrant") to purchase 
Common Stock. Pursuant to their terms, the Warrants are not presently           
exercisable nor exercisable within sixty days of December 31, 2007. The         
beneficial ownership of Common Stock by the Reporting Persons, as of December   
31, 2007, is as follows:                                                        

A. Third Point LLC

(a) Amount beneficially owned: 3,125,000                              
    (b) Percent of class: 8.0%. The percentages used herein and in the rest of
this Schedule 13G are calculated based upon the 39,062,500 shares of Common     
Stock issued and outstanding as of November 20, 2007, as reported in the        
Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September
30, 2007.                                                                       
(c) Number of shares as to which such person has:                     
(i) Sole power to vote or direct the vote: -0-              
(ii) Shared power to vote or direct the vote: 3,125,000     
(iii) Sole power to dispose or direct the disposition: -0-
